Police fitness test standards in every Australian state

Every Australian police force sets its own fitness test. Most include a beep test, push-ups and a plank, but the standards differ. Here are the current minimums.

Train above the minimum
The minimum gets you through the test, not through Academy. Aim for at least two beep-test levels above your state's standard and practise each test exactly as it's run — cadence push-ups, a straight-line plank and the agility course layout.
